- Regular Staff: In addition to the pay, the Regular staff are entitled to the benefits of DA, Transport Allowance, LTC, Contributory Pension as per NPS, subsidized schooling for two children, Death cum Retirement gratuity, Leave encashment etc as admissible as per Sainik Schools Society Rules & Regulations in vogue and as amended from time to time. | A candidate will be required to score minimum 33% marks to qualify for the next step of the selection process, i.e., skill/ Trade test. However, the minimum required marks may be increased upto 50% by the Board of Officers to shortlist the candidates for the next step of selection process. | ||
- (a) Employment conditions/Service Rules are in consonance with Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations in vogue and as amended from time to time. It may be noted that Sainik School Amaravathinagar is an Autonomous Institution under the aegis of MoD.
- (b) Selected candidates should be ready to accept additional responsibilities usual to a residential public school or as delegated by the Principal, Sainik School, Amaravathinagar.
- (c) The School administration reserves the right to increase/ decrease/ cancel all or any vacancy due to non-availability of suitable candidates or due to administrative/ policy reasons without assigning any reasons whatsoever. No formal intimation will be given to applicants.

Selection of candidate will be carried out purely on merit basis.
