Staff has been allotted areas of responsibility. However all possible assistance from AAA is greatly welcome. For instance, help is required in the following areas (list not complete):- |

Financial Assistance through contributions and sponsorships (the staff is working on the budget and a rough estimate will be informed to the Secy AAA at the earliest). Eg. Setting up a Science Park (Ankidyne Co.) alone with minimum number of equipment will cost Rs 8 lakh rupees approximately. |

Coordinating with SPICMACAY, Orchestra, Mr Muthucaud or any other prominent Magician, TVS/ Bajaj/ Yamaha etc for bikes for the Motorcycle expedition (as also chalking out a route and fixing up the accommodation en route etc). (the school will take up initial correspondence) |

| (c) Participation during Blood Donation, Free Medical Camp (by Practitioners among Old Boys), Trek, Week long Summer Camp at SSA in May 2012, AAA Cultural Programme, Guest Lectures etc |

| (f) Arranging accommodation in Udumalpet (Marriage Halls etc) for the excess number of Amaravians and families during the Opening, Closing Ceremonies as well as Annual Day. |

| (g) Suggestons and follow-up on invitations to Chief Guests (especially if they are CM, Governor, Dr Abdul Kalam etc) |

| (h) Following up on release of Stamp/ First Day Cover |

Ads and revenue for Brochure (To have Brief History of School, About the School, Admission Procedure, Prominent Alumni, Tentative Programme etc.) |

Publicizing the events. |

| (l) Collecting and forwarding old photographs, souvenirs, memorabilia, articles, old school magazines and newsletters etc for the Coffee Table Book (to be outsourced) and the Museum with appropriate captions giving the date, event and people in the photograph. In this regard, retired staff may also be approached for help. |
