Academic                                                                                                           
1. We began the new academic year on 01 June 11 . About 130 new students have joined the school in class VI and IX . I congratulate the new parents for having taken a good decision to put their wards in the school and welcome them to Parent Teacher’s Association of the school.  

2.  We  are  proud to  inform that Mr P Chandran, Master Chemistry has been selected for most coveted National Award for Teachers to be conferred upon him on 05 Sep 11. We congratulate him for the honour he has so truly earned.

3.  49th premier batch has left the school on completion of class XII. I wish them outstanding success in all  their future endeavour. 10 of them have qualified the SSB interview and subsequent medical examination. We hope to see them in NDA soon.

Golden Jubilee

4.  The school is gearing up to celebrate its Golden Jubilee year. Inaugural function will start at 0830 hrs 16 July 11. This is an exciting moment for all its staff members and Cadets. This historical milestone event is a proud occasion for all those who have made their best contribution towards its growth during the past fifty years of its glorious history. I extend a warm invitation to all Ex Principals, Headmasters, Registrars and retired staff members to be amongst us during the inaugural function. Arrival details can be sent by letter/Fax to us.

5.   There exists a strong and affectionate bond between the school and its alumni. We are grateful to the Amaravian Alumni Association for their whole hearted support and untiring efforts towards making  the event a success.  I take this opportunity to thank the Secretary and all members of AAA and invite all alumni of the school to join us for the Golden Jubilee Inaugural Function on 16 Jul 11.
