Two of our cadets Ameer Khan and Ram Prabhu successfully scaled the Leh Peak in the expedition conducted by Sainik School, Karnal, Haryana. Ten of our cadets attended the adventure training patnitop, J&K, organized by Sainik School, Nagarota, Jammu. Cadet Pulipandian was adjudged the Best Climber by Jawahar Mountaineering Institute, Pahalagaon, Kashmir. The cycling Club took out pleasure expeditions as well as socially useful ones. The members pedalled their way to the nearby tribal settlements and did social service. Ministry of communication has granted license to establish an Amateur Wireless Telegraph Station called “Sainik Amateur Radio Society” with call sign VU2 HCR.

The Arts Club members won National Level Awards in the drawing and painting competitions conducted by the Creative Arts Academy, Mumbai. The Band and Music Club of our school is the most popular brass band in Coimbatore District and has been giving concerts at various Government and Non-Government functions held at District and Taluk levels.

Clubs like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer, Environment, Craft and Art provide the cadets more practical exposure to the subjects they study. These clubs have activities to strengthen the academic knowledge of the cadets. Cadets as teams make working and non-working models to understand better the scientific theories and phenomena.

Besides, we have social service club too. Each house has a social service club which visits the areas in and around Amaravathinagar and carries out various social service activities on week ends and National festivals like Independence day, Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanthi Day. We are proud of our cadets' diligence and insighful ness in carrying out the club activities religiously and meticulously.
