ANNUAL ACADEMIC DAY

Sainik School,Amaravathinagar, celebrated its Annual Academic Day on 01 Aug 2009. The District Collector of Tirupur Mr. C Samayamoorthi, I.A.S. was the chief guest of the function.

He visited various club activities and training areas on the campus. He was introduced to staff members by the Principal Col JH Samuel.  In a Special Assembly, The officiating headmaster and the registrar Wg Cdr S A Patil read the Anuual Academic Report and there after the District Collector  gave away the prizes and certificates to the cadets who excelled in academics of 2008-2009.  In his address, he appreciated the efforts taken by the school to make the cadets excell in all fields including in academics. He emphasized that the students should work hard and continue to excel in all fields, keeping the school motto (CAN DO IT) throughout their life.

He inaugurated the newly laid Academic Road and witnessed the cultural show, staged by the students.Mr. A Santiago Jeyaraj Kumar, Senior Master, the Academic and administrative staff attended the function.
